Virtual Assistant to Financial Advisor
(1099 Contractor)
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and client-support services to a financial advisor. This role is designed as a flexible, entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking to work remotely while learning about the financial services industry. It offers room for growth, including potential pathways to a full-time financial advising role or the opportunity to support podcast and marketing.
The role involves preparing client materials, processing paperwork, managing schedules and ensuring a smooth workflow. The successful candidate will work 4–10 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to accommodate personal and family obligations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Client Interaction:
Respond to client inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule meetings and prepare necessary client materials.
Administrative Support:
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in client records and CRM systems.
Draft, review, and organize correspondence and documentation.
Paperwork and Compliance:
Process financial paperwork, including account setup and asset transfers.
Collaborate with financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate handling of forms.
Adhere to industry regulations and maintain compliance documentation.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and address issues as they arise, offering efficient solutions to keep workflows on track.
Learning and Growth:
Gain familiarity with financial services processes and tools.
Explore opportunities for professional development within the financial advising field.
